The BNIC Network LLC’s
$70,000 Proof-of-Concept Real Estate Project Capital Raise

You must have a substantive, pre-existing relationship with Michael C. Evans, President of The BNIC Network LLC, in order to partake in the Company’s capital raise through its 1st Series Investment Club (SIC).

The BNIC Network LLC is offering 70,040 membership interest units to join its 1st Series Investment Club (SIC). The membership units are offered at $1/unit, with a minimum investment of only $500. The purpose of this SIC is to invest in The BNIC Network LLC’s Proof-of-Concept real estate project in Detroit to prove that the company’s “closed sales system” works using the Real Estate Deal Management System (REDMS). The funds will be invested as follows into the project:

  • A Promissory Note offered by The BNIC Network LLC’s lending company that is secured by Deed of Trust in 1st Lien position and pays 6% interest.

  • A Promissory Note offered by The BNIC Network LLC’s lending company that is secured by Deed of Trust in 2nd Lien position and pays 8% interest.

  • An equity position in the Flip Company created by The BNIC Network LLC to purchase, rehab, rent, and sale the property that is selected for this real estate project. The SIC will receive a Preferred ROI of 25% over the flip period of 3-6 months (anything over 25% is split 50/50 with real estate investment management company).

  • An equity position in the Buy and Hold Company created by The BNIC Network LLC to purchase and rent the property that is selected for this real estate project. The SIC will receive a Preferred ROI of 10% per year after taxes (anything over 10% is split 50/50 with real estate investment management company).

  • A 10% equity position in The BNIC Network LLC’s first blockchain-based software development company that develops the company’s Special Purpose Vehicle Management System (SPVMS).

  • Investors collectively receive 10% ownership in the subsidiary blockchain-based software development company that develops the Special Purpose Vehicle Minimum Viable Product (SPV MVP), which entitles them to 10% of the company’s profits.
