Temple Rose Holding Company Inc.

We are a Black-owned and controlled holding company whose mission is to support the Black community to become self-sufficient, self-reliant, and self-determinant, with a vision of becoming the Black version of BlackRock Inc. (world’s largest asset manager) by coordinating the investment of the Black dollar back into the Black community. This will be accomplished by strategically investing in and owning operating companies that generate both free cash flow and increased value to the holding company, with each business becoming a piece of a 1,000-piece ecosystem puzzle to support the Black community. We will use the free cash flow and leverage the increased value of operating companies we invest in or own to invest in more Black-owned operating companies that synchronize with our mission and vision.

Our primary operating company is The BNIC Network LLC, a series LLC formed in Wyoming that is 100% owned and controlled by Temple Rose Holding Company Inc. The BNIC Network LLC is also our Parent Investment Club (PIC) and currently has three 100% owned subsidiaries:

1. The BNIC Network LLC – Crypto Investments 1 – Series 1: Focused on the development of blockchain-based software platforms (projects).
2. The BNIC Network LLC – Real Estate Investments 1 – Series 2: Our real estate investment management company that manages real estate deals on behalf of investors.
3. The BNIC Network LLC – Investment Club 1 – Series 3: The first Series Investment Club (SIC) for The Closed Private Crowdfunding Network (The CPCN) that is being created by The BNIC Network LLC.

Temple Rose Holding Company Inc. is in the process of establishing Strategic Partnership Agreements (SPAs) with other Black-owned operating companies that will become part of the 1,000-piece ecosystem puzzle created and supported by Temple Rose Holding Company Inc. to support the Black community.
